We will be meeting at the Common Grounds espresso bar at The Student Hotel. Come join us for a coffee, some casual conversation, and a discussion about the debate on February 19th!

We will be answering questions about voting in the primaries, including the Global Presidential Primary. We can also help get you introduced to phone-banking and will have Bernie merchandise as well (T-shirts for sale, flyers to give away).

Die Bewerbung des U.S. Senators Bernie Sanders für das Amt des US-Präsidenten versteht sich als Katalysator für eine progressive Alternative zum politischen und wirtschaftlichen Status Quo. Gemeinsam mit amerikanischen Linken, gehen wir kurz vor dem „Super Tuesday“, am 3. März den Fragen nach: Wie funktioniert eigentlich das Wahlsystem der USA? Was sind die zentralen Forderungen progressiver Bewerber der Demokraten, allen voran Bernie Sanders? Wirkt der Roosevelt‘sche „New Deal“ der 1940er Jahre bis heute nach, wenn es um linke Identitäten geht? Welche Überschneidungen gibt es in den Forderungen im U.S. Präsidentschaftswahlkampf und denen der deutschen Linken?

CALL FOR SUPPORTERS throughout Germany to help with the Global Presidential Primary

Want to get involved and find fellow Bernie supporters around you?  We are looking for enthusiastic Bernie supporters throughout Germany to help us organize for the Global Primary.  There are about 170,000 U.S. citizens in Germany and we are hoping to reach as many as possible!  Please check out your local Facebook group or get in touch with us via e-mail and we will be happy to send you flyer prints and whatever else you need to help with your canvassing efforts.

Just as important is our search for Team Bernie poll volunteers and observers who would be stationed throughout Germany at the 29 polling locations.  Please get in touch if you can spare some time at a polling location near you between March 3rd and 10th. We need all hands on deck in order to ensure a fair and transparent voting process during the Global Primary.
